Candidate should independently handle the project and also handle the team of software developers.

Preferably: Candidate should have experience on Financial and inventory module.

G.  PURPOSE OF THE JOB

 

To develop and simulate the new and existing systems and provide uninterrupted IT support services within the organization with latest technological updates.

 

H.   PRINCIPLE RESPONSIBILITIES, FUNCTIONS & ACCOUNTABILITIES   

 

1.        

Full lifecycle application development

2.        

Designing, coding and debugging applications.

3.        

Software analysis, code analysis, requirements analysis, software review, identification of code metrics, system risk analysis, software reliability analysis

4.        

Object-oriented Design and Analysis (OOA and OOD)

5.        

Software modelling and simulation

6.        

Software testing and quality assurance

7.        

Performance tuning, improvement, balancing, usability, automation.

8.        

Support, maintain and document software functionality

9.        

Integrate software with existing systems

10.    

Maintain standards compliance

11.    

To understand the existing systems and find out the scope for simulation.

12.    

To meet user and understand their requirements and convert them into technical documents.

13.    

Designing, coding and debugging applications in various software languages and develop a user friendly GUI.

14.    

To test/validate the developed system and install it as a protocol at user end and provide training for using the software.

15.    

To modify the developed system as per the feedback provided by the user.

16.    

To ensure smooth running of existing applications and regularly update and backup database.

17.    

To provide training to his sub-ordinates as per their identified training needs.

18.    

To provide feedback regarding the performance of his sub-ordinates to the departmental head.

19.    

To undertake any other duties as appropriate within their competence, as required by their Head from time to time.

20.    

EHS Responsibilities

·         Supervising personnel for effective implementation of the EHS program into the work process.

·         Auditing his/her area of control for improvement w. r. t. EHS

·         Label all containers of hazardous materials properly.

·         Implement specific standard operating procedures in the workplace.

·         Identifying need for engineering/ administrative controls in his area of control, to improve EHS.

·         Training his subordinates for improved safety.

·         Ensure that EHS rules/regulations are followed fully during work processes.

·         Ensure that all unsafe acts/incidents/ accidents are reported as early as possible to his area manager in standard format as soon as possible.
