Dr. Harjinder Kaur is principal, at BIS College of Engineering and Mangement(Moga) affiliated to IKG Punjab Technical University, Punjab, India. With a strong academic background she has earned her Graduation Degree in Science from Punjab University, Management degree and SMP-Senior Management Programme with specialisation in Merger & Acquisition from IIM-Calcutta & has obtained Ph.D degree in Business Management from Shoolini University, Himachal Pradesh, India . She is proficient in handling academic affairs as well to corporate's strategic development. She has accumulated more than 18 years of Professional Experience Comprising of Industry, Academic, Administrative, Research and Consultancy area.
After completion of her Post Graduation in Management Studies in year 1996 she worked for ITes sector at different verticals on various positions for 10 years, where she occupied the experience to work in domestic and international market of Singapore, UK and Australia. In 2009 she shifted her career to academic sector as Head-Training and Placement. Her exemplary performance in this field has increased the brand value of BIS group manifolds in the Punjab State. In 2014, she has given the charge of vice principal at BIS College of Management. Again she sets the different teaching pedagogy for students to compete in the market. She holds the Ph.D degree in Consumer Behvaiour from Shoolini University, Himachal Pradesh and since 2017 she is working as principal of BIS College of Engineering and Mangement. She was a visiting motivational speaker and career counselor to various govt and private institutions.
Dr Harjinder Kaur's research interests include Marketing Management and Consumer's Behvaviour. She is always passionate about the new research areas and always ready to accept new challenges. She has attended national and international conference and also acts as judge for the committee of Best Doctoral paper in the international conference held at Bangkok. She also holds the additional charge of international coordinator for the students exchange programme and visited the Nepal, Africa and Europe to explore the academic tie ups with the international universities.
